I had the most amazing time competing in the 2017 Miss Mississippi Pageant! It was truly an honor representing Ole Miss as the first and only Miss Parade of Beauties, and I am still blown away at God’s perfect timing. Little did I know that being named Ole Miss Most Beautiful in February would lead me to Miss MS just a few short months later. My big question the past couple of years was not if but when I would get started competing in the Miss Mississippi pageant, and this opportunity was the Lord clearly saying, “Now is the time!!!” I couldn’t have been more excited to have won the Preliminary Swimsuit Award for Group C as well as the Non Finalist Alpha Interview and Swimsuit awards. I boldly conquered fears, made incredible friendships, earned thousands of dollars in scholarship money, and pushed myself more than I thought possible. This is only the beginning; I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me next!
