This past weekend I got the opportunity to attend the Miss Diamond Lakes and Miss Diamond Lakes OT pageant. I was thrilled to be reunited with some of the other girls that will be competing at Miss Arkansas’s Outstanding Teen this summer. I am so excited to get to share this incredible journey with so many kind-hearted people. All of these girls have attended state before, yet they have opened the “new girl” with loving, open arms! I love how hospitable and genuine all of the girls in this program are!

I also got theĀ privilegeĀ of seeing three of my four beautiful sister queens at the pageant. We missed our sweet Gracie (Miss Greater Little Rock’s OT). The Miss Metro, Greater Little Rock, Pulaski County, and Sweetheart pageants are all run by our fabulous directors, Rusty and Lori Hart. I know all five of us are so lucky to have been blessed with these incredible guides to Miss Arkansas and MAOT. I can’t wait to continue my journey with all of them. We have still yet to crown Miss Pulaski County’s OT, Miss Sweetheart, and Miss Sweetheart OT. I am looking forward to completing our family and have three new sisters!

I am so happy Savannah Stagg, the New Diamond Lake’s OT, is a part of our MAOT Class of 2013. We will have a blast this year, and I can’t wait to get know this sweet girl better! She rocked that stage and was well deserving of the crown!
