I had the best time at my 4th Parade of Beauties as I welcomed my sweet sister queen for the year into the Most Beautiful legacy!
This pageant has meant so much to me over my past four years at the University. From being named to the Top 10 my freshman year, crowned Most Beautiful as a sophomore, emceeing and passing on the title as a junior and returning as Miss University to emcee again my senior year, I have made the best friendships and grown so much on the Ford Center stage throughout my undergraduate career.
So many remarkable women have held this title including numerous Miss Mississippi winners, 2 Miss America titleholders, the namesake of the Honors College and more! I was crowned by a Miss Mississippi USA, and I passed on the title to a Miss Mississippi!
A little fun fact… I am the first out-of-state student to have held the titles of both Miss University and Most Beautiful and the eighth woman ever, and I am so grateful and forever honored for the chance to have represented the University with these crowns!
