The Hugh O’Brien Youth Leadership seminar has drastically changed my life in just one short year. It has taught me the importance of community service and how to effective lead others by example. Being a counselor this weekend was the most perfect way to start my year as Miss Teen Arkansas Intl by reminding me of so many valuable leadership traits needed to make an impact. Seeing the growth in the ambassadors this weekend was so rewarding, and I can’t wait to see some of Arkansas’ brightest sophomores start making a difference!!!
